Symbian Monitoring Applications: 3 Main Reasons an Employee Should Get Fired

Despite what movies and TV shows make people believe, we don't really enjoy firing people. It's hard, awkward and uncomfortable and it usually means a loss for us, since we've invested time and money on hiring and training that person.
Nevertheless, in certain cases, the behavior of an employee forces us to fire him, because otherwise it would create problems for us or even get us in legal issues. We have a lot to do as it is and we certainly don't need any more problems.
The thing is, it's not always evident or obvious who we should fire. Sure, the violent and loud ones are right there in front of our eyes, but most employees try to hide their bad habits for us. If left unchecked, they can cause havoc in our companies. That's why many business owners are using Symbian monitoring applications. With them, they can find the good reasons to let an employee go:
a) Unethical Conduct. By its very nature, unethical conduct has to be done in the dark. A person that steals supplies or even money is certainly going to be careful about it. The same thing happens if someone commits fraud. Even if the amount of money or the monetary value of the stolen items is minimal, a person who steals should be fired right away. It's just a matter of principles.

b) Job Duties. Employment is just a contract. You pay money in exchange for time and a certain set of skills. Employees are very fast to demand that you pay their salaries on time. However, some of them will not fulfill the end of the agreement. For example, they will try to arrive late or leave early whenever possible. If they go out to visit a client or deliver something, they will certainly take their time, maybe even run some personal errands on company time. And let's not forget about the ones who exaggerate or even lie in their résumés.

c) Personality Issues. There are many people who unfortunately can't separate their personality issues from work, and therefore, can't be professional in the workplace. Again, while some are obvious, some of them are very subtle. In fact, some of them have personalities that look positive but they are actually negative, like the ones that are very friendly and social. While friendliness is good in the office, when taken to extremes, it transforms it into a friendship and social club and productivity suffers.

Really, there are many people who would like to have a job, so there is not point in keeping a bad element in your company. Just get a Symbian monitoring application and discover who deserves to be kicked out of your company.
