PTCL is trying to maximize the customer’s experience and after sales services by opening as many Stop Shops as possible. Continuing with the similar spirit, it recently inaugurated another revamped and remodeled PTCL One Stop Shop (OSS) in Clifton, Karachi, as part of its new “Customer First” campaign, which focuses on building an enhancedcustomer care experience.
At the moment, PTCL has some 191 One Stop Shops country wide that are serving its customers for almost every service PTCL provides. (PR)
