On this Ramadan, PTCL customers can enjoy 4MB speed at the price of 2MB package i.e Rs. 1,499. This offer starts on July 20 and expires on September 30 2012. Customer can opt into this offer by calling customer services.After expiry of the offer, PTCL will not automatically downgrade the package to 2MB whereas, it will start charging normal 4MB package fee i.e Rs. 1,999.
Other than this, PTCL is re-launching its Islamic services for its valued customer. All landline and Vfone customer can avail Islamic services through Ramadan Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service.
The Ramadan services menu offers full Quran with Urdu translation, Live Tarawee from the Khana-e-Kaaba, a selection of Naats and Hamds including the top 10, Arabic Duas, Names of Allah, Arabic Islamic Nasheeds; and Sehar & Iftaar timings.
The service is available for Rs.2 per minute only (exclusive of taxes), PTCL’s special Ramadan service can be activated by dialing 1324 either from landline or Vfone.
